For some people it does. To me, after i get scratched or slapped, it feels tingly, a little itchy, and warm. But it doesnt “hurt” really, just a little annoying.

Well i only really wax my eyebrows and above my lips. my face, although it does react, is not as sensitive as other parts of my body, like my arm or something. so my face in general isnt as severe if i scratch it but it still gets a bit red if i scratch hard enough.

oddly enough, when it comes to biting it doesnt show up as well. and only the soft squishy parts of my skin are sensitive to scratches and slaps. (Ex- arms, thighs, back, stomach, etc.)
And even oddlier enough, my neck is unaffected by my “skin writing”.
